"Scars" represents the second video Motion Theory's Grady Hall* directed for Papa Roach, following the company's stock-market-themed music video for "Getting Away With Murder." The "Scars" video features the band performing on the smoldering ruins of a house the morning after a fire has reduced everything to ashes. The video's story reveals the events leading up to the fire, and features actress Taylor Cole (from the WB's series Summerland) in a darkly evocative role focused on the evils of substance abuse. *Directed with Bo Platt.
