Guillaume de Fontenay is an award-winning director who has shot commercials in every corner of the globe.
Hailing from Montreal, Guillaume is a prolific talent and has helmed over 200 spots. He got his start in the industry as an art director, and moved into directing full-time in 1996. He has shot memorable commercials for brands that include Honda, Pepsi, Bell, Dodge, Kellogg’s and many more.
In addition to directing commercials, he is an accomplished set and furniture designer and has also designed large-scale exhibits including “Warhol Live,” a show produced by the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts in partnership with the Andy Warhol Museum. His multi-disciplinary creative experience comes through in his artful and meticulous directorial approach.
