Director Brent Jones has shot ads for a range of notable brands including Nissan, BMW, McDonalds, VW, IKEA, Subway, Ford, Bridgestone, Monster, FedEx and DirecTV since entering commercial filmmaking in 2006.
Brent made his leap into directing after working in various behind-the-scenes capacities in commercial, feature and music video production. He got his start shooting football games for the Kansas City Chiefs in his hometown before moving to Los Angeles where he studied at UCLA and worked on films with directors like Steven Spielberg, Michael Bay, Cameron Crowe and Sam Raimi.
Armed with the invaluable experience he gained working on set, Brent’s body of work earned him a place in Shoot Magazine’s New Directors Showcase and has been directing impactful – and charming – commercials ever since. Brent continues to hone his directorial skills, both in and outside the spot realm. His short film, "The Company Man," received recognition at the L.A. Film Festival.
