The documentary-style short film of vignettes features a magnetic young girl who calmly walks through a variety of locations playing what appears to be a "ring around the rosies" kind of game. Beautiful cinematography and portraiture highlights the girl's journey through everyday America. Along the way, the girl counts off the people around her, assigning each person as a one, two, or three. Each time she gets to "3," the person she points to is subtly highlighted, conveying the truth that one in three adults have high blood pressure. Just like the disease, the girl goes unnoticed, simply alerting us to the statistic. The dramatic quality of the spot peaks in the finale when the next potential "Three" becomes the viewer.
