A visual autobiography of artist/producer Pharrell Williams comes to life through simple hand gestures and intricate animation in this Goodby, Silverstein and Partners "Hands" spot, directed by Mathew Cullen.

In the second phase of HP's global brand campaign for Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Motion Theory created a series of spots with celebrities from various fields speaking about their computers simply with hand gestures. Featured subjects included billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, Reality-show pioneer Mark Burnett, and multifaceted musician/producer Pharrell Williams, each of whom slowly and carefully reveals their identity through the items on their computer. Intricately choreographed and shot in a single continuous take, the spots endeavor to capture both the content and the unique style of each individual.
